In addition to our specialized techniques, we give buyers an emotional connection to your property. We do this through staging special moments in which the buyers imagine themselves. EXPERIENCE

Professionally registered with the State of Missouri, Vision Staging & Design’s owner, Sarah Kunstman, is your preferred Stager and Designer. She comes with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, the number 1 program in the country. Combined with her postgraduate education in Construction Management, Sarah’s seven years of experience stands out from the competition. She is NCIDQ certified, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a member of The Real Estate Staging Association.

What else? Sarah has experience in numerous projects from 2,000-50,000 square feet and has managed over $3 million dollars worth of furniture. LEED AP: Sarah is qualified to implement LEED Certified projects through her professional accreditation with the United States Green Building Council in Leadership for Energy and Environmental Design.

NCIDQ: As a certified interior designer, Sarah is qualified to ensure the health, safety and welfare of her residential and commercial clients. Through her education, experience and examination Sarah received her certification with the National Council for Interior Design Qualification.

RID: Registered with the State of Missouri, Sarah is qualified to provide services including preparation of documents and specifications relative to non load-bearing interior construction, furniture, finishes, fixtures and equipment while meeting the criteria for education, experience and examination by the State of Missouri Division of Professional Registration.

RESA: The Real Estate Staging Association is committed to advancing the professionalism, collaboration and education of the staging industry. As a member of RESA, Sarah follows a strict code of ethics to protect the consumer.
